BANGOR, Maine – St. Joseph Healthcare President and CEO Sister Mary Norberta was honored by the Maine State Legislature during a legislative sentiment ceremony on Tuesday.
State Representative Michael Celli of Brewer presented the sentiment to Sister Norberta in recognition of her exceptional service and many contributions to health care.
Sister Norberta has led St. Joseph Healthcare for 29 years, in addition to serving on the boards and committees of numerous health care organizations throughout the state.
Later this year, Sister Norberta plans to retire from her leadership position at St. Joseph Healthcare. Her successor has not been named.
